57vcom Platform Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related 57vcom policies:

By accessing the 57vcom platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 57vcom Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 57vcom platform, regardless of the device used to access the platform, the payment method used, or the games played. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the 57vcom platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino and sports betting platforms.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 57vcom, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 57vcom platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.

57vcom reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 57vcom may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 57vcom platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide your legal full name, a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. All information provided must be accurate and must match the identification documents you may be required to submit during verification.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 57vcom account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 57vcom will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 57vcom support immediately.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

57vcom operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to complete identity verification before making your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.

57vcom accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. All deposits are processed in real time where technically possible, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All funds deposited into your 57vcom wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 57vcom does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact 57vcom support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.
• 57vcom reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these terms.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the 57vcom platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the depositing user.

57vcom is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 57vcom account holder.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
• 57vcom reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance windows may be queued and processed upon restoration of normal service.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all 57vcom accounts. These limits are displayed within the account dashboard and may vary based on account verification status, payment method, and account history. Users who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

57vcom offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, which are published on the 57vcom platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your 57vcom wallet and are separate from real money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• 57vcom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively being wagered will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other users — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and real money funds.

All games available on the 57vcom platform — including slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on 57vcom, you agree to abide by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

8.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the 57vcom platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcome of the live game event as determined by the dealer. 57vcom does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed within the game's information panel.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 57vcom cover PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, sabong, and other events. All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 57vcom reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that are cancelled, postponed, or otherwise rendered void under the applicable sports betting rules.

8.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, 57vcom's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the last recorded state. 57vcom is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the user's internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 57vcom platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 57vcom platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of pricing errors in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 57vcom platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 57vcom staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

57vcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the platform. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment, and 57vcom provides a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity.

10.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 57vcom platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net gaming activity for the current session.

57vcom collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the 57vcom platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

57vcom implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no digital transmission or storage system is entirely immune to security risks, and 57vcom cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

All content on the 57vcom platform — including but not limited to the 57vcom brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 57vcom or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 57vcom platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 57vcom platform without the prior written consent of 57vcom.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 57vcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

57vcom's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

57vcom does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

Either party may terminate the user's 57vcom account at any time. Users may request account closure by contacting 57vcom support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

57vcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

In cases of termination for cause (i.e., breach of these terms or fraudulent conduct), 57vcom reserves the right to forfeit all funds — including real money balances — held in the account at the time of closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 57vcom platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, users may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint resolution process.

57vcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 57vcom will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at 57vcom.app/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 57vcom platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the 57vcom platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms & Conditions.
